Help Jacob through surgery


Hey guys. I truly hate to do this, but with the severity and urgency of the situation I am left with no choice. Back in November I injured my neck  through MMA practice . It is something that has been building up for a while as I have been an athlete my whole life starting with football at age 5 , into wresting at age 13 , and then MMA right after high school . I didn’t know how serious it was until recently when I finally got an MRI. Multiple doctors reviewed my results and every opinion came back the same- I need surgery ASAP. I have a disc herniation in my neck on C3-C4 that’s so big that it is completely pinching my spinal cord flat. Doctors and surgeons can’t believe that I am functioning the way I am. If the herniation grows even 1mm bigger I will have permanent nerve damage or paralysis, so it is imperative that I have this surgery as soon as possible.

I am raising money to help pay for the surgery, and also to help in aiding the costs that come with it in recovery such as physical therapy. I work three different jobs that fund my income to pay my bills, two of which I will not be able to work at for 3 months and the other after 1 month.  My insurance company will not cover the whole surgery, which leaves me with the burden of paying $6000 on top of being out of work for months and all of my regular bills. 

If you know me you know that fighting is my life and passion. Without this surgery I will not be able to fight again, or even worse I will become paralyzed. My dream will NOT stop here. Literally anything helps and will be forever appreciated.
