Hello, I'm Jacob. I have a doctor's appointment in October up in Washington, and I don't have the funds to get there, or for a hotel and food. It's at the University of Washington in Seattle. I've been waiting to get this appointment for over a year and a half, scheduled and approved by insurance. This is an appointment with the interstitial lung disease and lung transplant center. I was diagnosed with ILD about 8 years ago.
