My name is Jacob.
I’m asking for help because I’m out of time, and I’m trying to buy myself a real chance to live and be a dad to my precious girls.
I have end-stage heart failure. My ejection fraction is about 5%. I’ve been fighting this for years, and it’s not “a bad week” or something that just turns around on its own. Modern medicine has basically put me in the category of “manage symptoms and plan for what’s next.”
I’m not ready to accept that.
I’m a father. I’m still here. I still have work left to do.
Right now, I’m trying to pursue treatments that are not covered by insurance and are considered experimental in the U.S.—specifically physician-supervised peptide therapy (BPC-157 and TB-500) and stem cell/regenerative therapy evaluation and treatment for heart failure.
I want to be crystal clear: I’m not asking anyone to fund a fantasy or a scam. I’m asking for help paying for legitimate medical visits, screening, labs/imaging, and treatment protocols that clinics charge for out-of-pocket—because insurance won’t.
What your support will pay for
These costs vary by clinic and what a person qualifies for, but the real-world pricing looks like this:
• Peptide therapy programs (BPC-157 / TB-500 / combo protocols): roughly $300–$700 per month, plus consultation and lab work.
• Stem cell / regenerative therapy marketed for cardiac conditions: often in the $6,000–$20,000+ range, and can rise significantly depending on how complex the care is, where it’s done, and what’s included.
• Additional costs: cardiology consultations, imaging, labs, travel, follow-up care, and the basic life costs that hit when you’re too sick to work consistently.
My fundraising goal
I’m setting this GoFundMe goal at $50,000.
That number isn’t random. It’s meant to cover:
• medical consults + required labs/imaging
• multiple months of peptide therapy under supervision
• a regenerative/stem cell treatment plan if I qualify
• travel + follow-up
• and some breathing room so my family doesn’t collapse financially while I’m fighting for my life
If I raise more than I need, I will be transparent about where it goes. If I raise less, every dollar still helps me move forward instead of just waiting to decline.
If you can’t donate
I understand. Truly.
But if you can share this, or connect me with reputable medical providers, cardiology researchers, or legitimate regenerative medicine programs, that matters too. Sometimes the right connection is worth more than money.
I’m not posting this because I want attention.
I’m posting it because I want to live.
Thank you for reading. Thank you for caring. Thank you for helping me keep fighting.
