Back in December, our dear friend Jacob Lambert broke his neck in what could have easily been a fatal car accident.

Jeb was driving his work truck on a country road in the evening when he swerved to miss a deer. The entire vehicle was flipped, totaled, and Jeb remained suspended upside down and unconscious until emergency services arrived, where he was airlifted to a hospital in Fort Wayne and brought into the ICU.

It is absolutely no exagerration to say Jeb is lucky to be alive.

The physical, emotional, and financial toll of this accident are considerable.

Not only will this be a long recovery period, a period where Jeb cannot work, but the reality is that even with insurance, his medical bills will be thousands of dollars.

In order to take the strain off Jeb's ability to support himself and his daughter Cora Mae while he heals, we are humbly asking for assistance in covering the cost of his medical care.
