Help Jacob Go To The Para PanAm Games

Jacob Brayshaw is a 16 year old para swimmer.  He suffers from Muscular Dystrophy and took up swimming as a form of physical therapy.  Over the past few years he has improved his techniques and is preparing to qualify for the 2019 Para Pan Am Games in Lima Peru this summer.  He already holds 7 Canadian records in the S2 category. Jacob requires funds to attend the Swim Trials in Toronto this spring and various other preparatory swim meets.  To attend these meets he is required to bring both his swim coach and personal support worker.  Jacob is a dedicated swimmer and due to his progressive disability, this might be his only chance to ever swim for his Country.  Please support Jacob in his journey.
