My name is Jacob, and like many people this winter, I’ve found myself facing some unexpected challenges. Work has slowed down a lot, and as the bills keep coming in, it’s been tough to keep up. I’m doing everything I can to get by, but the winter season has made it especially difficult to make ends meet.
