Help Jacob get a new Wheelchair

Hello!

As most of you know, our Jacob is now wheelchair bound. He is in need of a new chair for college. He has always been an independent kid, so he needs his freedom. Pushing himself around campus in the fall is going to be tough in his current bulky chair. A custom built chair is going to help drastically. Unfortunately, we need our friends and family to help. Any little bit will help reach our goal. We have been incredibly thankful these last few months for all the help we've been receiving. Thank you to everyone!
