Help us take care of our amazing friend, Jacob and his family ❤️

Last Friday, Jacob was taken to the hospital in critical condition and not soon after was admitted and placed in Intensive Care due to complications with his kidneys and lungs from an ongoing illness that has yet to be determined.

He is currently at The James ICU where he will remain until there is a diagnosis and plan to bring back his health.

There is no one like Jacob. He is caring, kind, and selfless. He loves everyone and knows everyone in the unique way that they need. He is a wonderful friend and anyone who knows him considers him family.
