On June 11th, 2025, just a few days before Father’s Day, Ulises Isaac Hernandez Portillo passed away unexpectedly at home, leaving behind his beloved wife and children.

Unfortunately, due to this tragic loss, Jaclyn and Isaac’s 3 children (Nova, Nava, and Nayvon) are struggling to cope with the loss, while simultaneously struggling financially.

Isaac was the sole provider for the young family that they started in their teenage years, with Jaclyn focusing on being a devoted wife and stay-at-home mother, while Isaac worked to pay the bills.

As Jaclyn and the kids heal and recover from this devastating loss, they are also in need of financial support to get through this difficult time.

Funeral expenses being an immediate issue and no life insurance policy to help, combined with no career to help provide for her remaining family, the financial obstacles are stacking up against her.

Yet, Jaclyn still remains at peace, knowing that God’s loving hand is still upon her and the kids, and that somehow, He will make everything work out.

She is humbly accepting any gift with a great measure of gratitude and appreciation as she continues working through this storm until she can get up on her feet, while healing.
