Help Jaclyn get a kidney transplant!

Hello my name is Jaclyn. I am a 42 year old mom of four young kiddos. I am facing my second kidney transplant in three years. In the last 7 years my health has drastically deteriorated. Right now my kidney function is at 2%. I just had surgery on Veterans Day to have my second PD catheter placed in my abdomen to start dialysis shortly. I have now had 17 surgeries and procedures in my life. Each one is taking longer and longer to heal from. With a family of six and only one income, it is making it harder and harder to pay our normal bills, medical bills, other expenses, and try to make a great holiday season for our kids. I fight every day to get better, not only for me, but for the four amazing kids of mine I don’t want to leave behind if I don’t make it.
