UPDATE: Jackson has been scheduled for surgery! September 19th, 2025. 

After many years of waiting and jumping through endless hoops, Jackson has received prior authorizations for his gender affirming surgeries!

If you know Jackson, he’s probably made you laugh or helped you out before. He’s a wonderful, silly, kind hearted person who makes a new friend just about anywhere he goes. Jackson has worked in Public Health directly helping the queer community for years through Planned Parenthood and the Damien Center. He’s walked alongside so many people through difficult reproductive and sexual health decisions. He’s an empathetic educator and a valued listener. Outside of work, Jackson is creator, a cat dad, and a wonderful support to his friends and family.

This is our chance to give back to someone who has given so much of himself to others. Let’s help him feel supported while he heals from these life-changing surgeries.
