Help Jack’s Family Navigate Costs After Unexpected Loss

Donation protected
On November 29, 2025 our lives changed forever. After several months of fighting for our mom to be released from unlawful ICE detention, our youngest brother unexpectedly passed away.
Jack Do was born on July 14, 2001.
He completed our family and was a light for us and for so many others.
He loved to spend time with us and his friends. Jack was active and liked playing sports. You could often find him playing tennis, pickleball or volleyball, and he also loved to play video games and hang out with his friend. He loved good food and was always down to grab Korean bbq. Most of all, Jack was kind. He was conscientious, sweet, humble and thoughtful of other people’s feelings. Jack was a meme connoisseur and comic in his own right. We miss the way he was able to make us laugh. He was someone that we could always call —even if it was just to talk about work, sports, or whatever was going on in the week. There aren’t words to describe the way we miss Jack. It is also difficult to convey the grief we feel as we navigate our mom’s recent release from ICE custody. She came home 6 days after Jack passed away —despite ICE’S efforts to prevent her from burying her youngest son.
Navigating our mom’s detention was difficult for our family and was very expensive. We are asking for any donations to help pay for Jack’s services and to help get our mom back on her feet while we continue to fight her deportation. Thank you for your support.
Rest in love baby brother, we will carry you with us until we meet again.
