Please help Jack Barnett and his family through this difficult time. Jack has come down with an unknown illness, and is in the hospital on a ventilator and dialysis. Doctors aren't sure what is going on, and he and his family need all the support they can get right now. Jack graduated from Downstate last year and is a kind, gentle soul. Please help.
