Hi my name is Jacklynn. This year has been a rollercoaster for me and my family. I have been in and out of hospitals throughout this year for many medical issues. I've had to travel to some that are farther away from home due to studies and a major surgery with more to come. My fiance, having to drive me, has had to take off lots of work to drive me to appointments and procedures. This being said, we have used a great deal of gas to get around just to keep up on my health. Our car has decide it too shall also start having issues. That has already cost us money but it still needs more repairs. I am usually not one to ask others for help nor do I like to put myself at the top of my list. But it has taken a toll on not just me but my family as well and I can't let that happen either. So please if you could pass this on to anyone you know that may be able to spare even just a couple dollars, my family and I would greatly appreciate your help.
