Hello! My name is Jackiellen and I’m in desperate need of a new laptop. I suffer with a multitude of different chronic illnesses such as Crohn’s Disease, IBS, Chronic Pain Syndrome, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Endometriosis. These illnesses have taken away my ability to perform any physical work outside of the home and have made remote work my only viable option. Earlier this year I underwent a necessary but very challenging Endometriosis excision surgery which has halted my ability to work for months. In the midst of healing, my laptop that I’ve used for over 12 years now stopped working all together. Without it, I’m unable to use my larger software programs that are essential for my income. I’ve been trying my best to work from my phone but am unable to do most of the necessary work involving larger files and more complex editing. I’m not one to usually ask for help, but I am in desperate need of a new computer and physically can’t produce the necessary funds on my own.
