Help Jackie Fight Stage 3 Colorectal Cancer

My sister Jackie has recently been diagnosed with Stage 3 colorectal cancer. This news has been heartbreaking for all of us who love her — her family, her friends, her clients, and the community she has always shown up for.

Jackie lives in Cortez, Colorado, and will be traveling regularly to Durango for treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation, and likely surgery. As a massage therapist, Jackie gives so much of herself through her work — but cancer doesn’t allow for business as usual. She won’t be able to work for an extended period during treatment and recovery, creating a serious financial burden on her and her family.

Jackie is a big-hearted, joyful, wild spirit who is a true light in this world. She is the heart of her family — a devoted wife to Chris, an incredible mom to sweet Bea, a beloved sister, and a loyal friend to so many. To know her is to love her. She’s the one who lifts others up — with her healing hands, her hilarious humor, and her deep compassion. Now, it’s our turn to lift her.
