Jack Zawora is a 29 year old loving and caring son, colleague, and friend to several individuals.
Jack Zawora is currently recovering from brain surgery, after a recent discovery of a brain tumor. Just a day ago, it was discovered that in fact the brain tumor was cancerous and Jack will require chemotherapy.
Post surgery, Jack's motor skills became deficient requiring Jack to also attend rehabilitation to learn once again, how to use his left leg and left arm .
At this point in time, we are still awaiting test results, to determine how long of a treatment, Jack will need.
The fundraiser is intended to raise funds to assure Jack's recovery, to the best state he can be post the surgery.
Any and all types of contributions are greatly appreciated, and we would like to thank everyone in advance for their generosity.
