on Sunday March 30th Jack was diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. I have had a lot of people reach out and ask how they can help. As we are getting used to this new lifestyle there are things Jack needs to help make it a little easier. Including accessories for all of his new medical equipment and special groceries. All of our family and friends have been so kind and supportive. Thank you so much to everyone who has been checking in on us.
