Help Jack with expenses while fighting cancer

We are fundraising for Jack Sawaske. On October 29th Jack fell ill and ended up in the ER. 36 hours later he was rushed into emergency brain surgery to remove two tumors. After the successful removal, pathology reports returned with the news that was feared most….

Metastatic Sarcomatoid Renal Cell Carcinoma… essentially he has an extremely aggressive stage 4 cancer of the kidney that has spread through out the entire body. Jack has made the decision to fight this as aggressively as he can.

Jack has a very long and difficult road ahead of him, during this time he will be unable to work while he focuses his health and giving this cancer a hell of a fight. Any donations will be used to help him with medical bills and living expenses, anything that he ends up not needing will be donated back to other local cancer charities.
