Help Jack with Cancer Treatment Medical Bills
Donation protected
Meet Jack - a friend, father, husband, papa to his loved ones, who also happens to be the primary breadwinner for his family.
Jack and his family recently uprooted their lives and moved to Florida for better opportunities and a change of scenery, only to be diagnosed with cancer in his tongue shortly after settling in the sunshine state.
This cancer treatment involves a long road ahead for Jack, as he will need to have a portion of his tongue removed and learn to speak, eat and live a normal life again. Because of the foreseeable complications that are expected with this surgery, Jack is expected to stay in the hospital for up to 10 days after surgery with a feeding tube, and then can not work for 3 months after his surgery to expedite recovery and treatment. He can not collect FMLA benefits, as he has not been at his company long enough yet, meaning he will be receiving no income during this time, while still worrying about taking care of the members of his household.
Jack is the primary financial earner for his household, and because of the lengthy recovery, he will not be able to earn money for his home in order to pay their medical bills and keep his medical insurance afloat.
We are kindly asking for anything you can donate to help keep Jacks medical expenses at bay and to make sure their life isn’t too overrun with medical debt. Jack will be beginning testing and getting ready for surgery in January. For those of you that know Jack, he wouldn’t ask for this from his friends, but he really could use the help financially right now. If you can spare anything, we would be eternally grateful for your contributions during his time of need.
