Hi, my name is Jinny, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my son, Jack, who is in urgent need of support.

Jack is currently fighting to stay in the U.S. to apply for residency and gain custody of his young son following a heartbreaking and dangerous situation. After suffering domestic abuse from his wife, and with serious allegations of potential harm toward his son by her new partner, Jack’s top priority is protecting his child.

To make things even harder, Jack is unable to legally work right now. His wife initially signed an affidavit promising to support him through the residency process, but that promise is no longer being honored—leaving Jack on the brink of homelessness.

He needs to raise £5,000 in legal fees to apply for residency under the domestic violence (VAWA) route, and to begin the custody battle for his son. Without this, he has no legal path to stay in the U.S. or to protect his child.

Despite everything, Jack is doing all he can to fight for his son and build a safe, stable life. Any amount you can give will bring us closer to giving Jack and his son the future they deserve.
