I never imagined I’d be in this position, but after nine years caring for my mom through her dementia, I’m facing a financial crisis. When she passed away, her bank froze her account, and I had already sold my home and lost my career just to keep her in her own home. I did everything I could for her, and I don’t regret a moment, but now I’m struggling to get back on my feet.
