Help Jack put Jon to rest

Hi everyone. This is Darlene, Jon’s sister. As many of you already know, Jon passed away on August 17, 2023 with his loving husband Jack by his side. They both fought a fierce battle against glioblastoma, with which Jon lived for 3 years, so much longer than expected. Thanks to an incredible outpouring of support from so many, Jack was able to provide the best care possible for Jon.

Jack has been out of work for several months as Jon’s condition worsened. Jon’s employer let him go shortly after he was diagnosed so unfortunately, he did not have any life insurance.

As we begin to plan a proper funeral, we are looking at all of our options, none of which are affordable. I’m absolutely shocked at how expensive it is going to be! We’re looking at totals anywhere between $12-20k which is impossible to comprehend.

Jon had so many amazing people in his life who loved him and who have been absolutely amazing these past few months. Jack and I are so grateful for the outpouring of love and support.
