Help Jack Overcome His Health Crisis

Completely unexpected our dad was taken to the ER.

An MRI showed 2 aggressive tumors in his brain.

After being transferred to the ICU and following his biopsy, his brain began to bleed leading to critical complications. The right side of his body has become non responsive due to the possible indication of internal strokes and seizures. He has been put on a ventilator, feeding tube, and being treated for additional complications.

Jack has been unemployed since April and getting contract flying jobs to provide for his family. Therefore, he does not have insurance.

Jack had an upcoming Medicare appointment scheduled for next month, but due to these unforeseen circumstances he has been denied the chance to get any sort of assistance now.

If you ever needed Jack, he was always there. He is the best husband, father, and friend.
