My name is Jacob Morton. Recently my father, Jack Morton, was diagnosed with stage 4 pancreatic cancer. We would like to make his remaining time as comfortable and special as possible. Our hope is that not only will these funds help with treatment and end of life care, but also allow his wife, children, and grandchildren to spend as much time as possible with him.
