Help Jack Get Around!

On April 7th, I was headed to pick Jack up at school when I was hit by a driver who had swerved into my lane and was headed straight for me. I was able to turn into a ditch to avoid a head-on collision, but Jack's van was totaled. The other driver was uninsured. I have full coverage on Jack's van, but because it costs so much with all of the modifications for his wheelchair, my insurance company is taking longer than expected to resolve my claim. Renting an accessible van costs $115 a day, so once Jack was set up to take the bus to and from school, I returned the rental, hoping that we'd have a new van soon. 
Unfortunately, I quickly realized that we cannot function without transportation for our boy. He has multiple appointments coming up soon, and I would also like to be able to take him out to visit family and friends. I also realized last week that if he gets sick at school, our only option is to have a school bus take him home if one is available. 
I am hoping to rent a van to tide us over until the insurance company resolves our claim and we can get a new (to us) van. I appreciate any help you can offer.
