Jack needs life saving treatment after being shot by the neighbor because her dog was in heat and he was trying to get to her. The neighbor said he was trying for 3 days to get her but instead of letting me know in those 3 days that he was being a pain she decided to cause him pain. She shot him with a shotgun in the leg and it blew his bone to pieces and left a gaping wound and she walked away and left him to die while he went to hide in the woods. It took me 10 minutes to find him and he had lost a lot of blood already. Within an hour his foot was ice cold and I had to stabilize him as much as I could until I could get him to a vet.

The vet wrapped his leg hoping for circulation to return even though we knew it was probably a loss. His leg is now leaking and smelling of decay under the splint and he will need it removed. This is not something we planned for. The neighbor will be investigated for animal cruelty and taken to court for vet fees but that takes time he doesn't have. Please help save my baby.
