My name is Sheri, and Jack’s family has asked me to start this fundraiser for our teammate and friend, Jack Stevens, known in the Neebs Gaming community as “JackTannerr.”

Jack was recently diagnosed with stage 3 primary Ewing sarcoma of the kidney, with metastasis in the bone. This cancer is so rare, less than 400 people have ever been diagnosed with it.

He has already had one kidney removed to try to get on top of the cancer, and he is now preparing for intensive VDC/IE chemotherapy, with 14 rounds expected over the next 7 to 9 months, through care connected with Johns Hopkins in Maryland.

To begin treatment, Jack has had to urgently uproot his life, along with his wonderful partner and fur-family, and move from North Carolina to Maryland.

Jack has spent his time helping create videos that entertain this community. Now he needs that same community behind him. We know you have his back.

This fundraiser will help Jack with the financial burden of cancer treatment, insurance gaps, travel, relocation costs, bills, food, and the everyday expenses that do not stop just because someone is fighting cancer.

Jack has helped bring so much joy to others through his work. Now it is our turn to help carry some of the weight for him.
