I am Jack Meyer and I am raising funds to help pay for an unexpected veterinarian bill.

My sweet Maggie dog just had to have emergency surgery due to a severely enlarged and infected uterus. Her veterinarian said that if she wouldn't have had the operation, her uterus probably would have burst within another week or so, resulting in imminent death.

I know, as a friend of mine said a few days ago, "everyone is going through something."

Nowadays, that is so true.

Some people have lost their homes in forest fires, some are battling cancer, some have lost their jobs.

I didn't lose Maggie, though I could have.

But, I incurred a large veterinarian bill that has created a financial hardship.
