Help Jack Buy A Power Soccer Wheelchair
Donation protected
Hello, my name is Jack Ridolphi and I live with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy which is a degenerative muscular condition. Even though I use a wheelchair everyday, I don't let that stop me. There are still many activities in which I can take part and one of these is power soccer.
Power soccer is basically like normal soccer. Instead of kicking a ball around with my feet, I "kick" it with a guard that attaches to the front of my wheelchair. I really enjoy power soccer and am looking for ways to improve my skills. One tool that would really help me is a wheelchair specifically designed for power soccer which is why I started this fundraiser.
Recently, I received a grant through the Challenged Athletes Foundation to help me buy a Strike Force power soccer chair. The grant pays for most of the chair but I need your help to pay for the rest. Power soccer has always been a fantastic experience for me and has helped me focus less on my disability and more on what lies ahead. Thank you for your support-it means so much to me.
