Jack Guastaferro is our brother, Uncle and friend. More importantly, he is a caregiver in his personal life and in his career - he's literally dedicated his life to helping his family and anyone else that he could improve their lives. Everyone who has been impacted by Jack has a personal story of him helping, lifting them up when they were most in need. Now he's in need of our help.

We just found out that Jack is battling lung cancer. The diagnosis was sudden and incredibly heartbreaking. On top of that, the treatment is long, arduous, and expensive. We're all here for Jack to emotionally support him as he goes through what is likely the most difficult thing he's ever had to contend with in life. However, while we're doing everything that we can to financially help Jack get the treatment that he needs to pull through, we simply don't have the resources to cover everything he needs - not to mention make sure that his basics like food, utilities and mortgage are taken care of so that he can just focus on recovering.

Our family is asking for your help. Please look into your hearts and contribute anything that you can to help us get Jack what he needs to kick this terrible disease. It may sound a bit cliche, but truly no donation is too small - please do give whatever you can. Even if you're unable to give financially, sharing this campaign on social media is also a huge help and means the world to us and to him. And, of course, prayers and good thoughts for Jack's successful treatment and recovery are very needed and really do make all the difference!
