Jack's Army - Help Jack and Family

On February 1, 2021, after a month of test after test, my sweet, adorable, funny 3 year old nephew Jack was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma and is categorized as High Risk. He will be undergoing 18 months of treatment, which includes aggressive chemotherapy, Stem Cell Transplant, surgeries, immunotherapy and much more.  During this time he will spend a lot of time at the CHEO  hospital, and make trips back and forth for appointments and treatment. Jack's mom Jessica will be with him through it all, while his dad Jeff will be working full-time and taking care of their 6 year old daughter Emma. Unfortunately, Jessica has had to take a leave of absence from work for the duration of the time.

Therefore, I am asking for help, being down half their income over the next 18 months will take a large toll on this amazing family.  Money raised will go directly to the family for gas, food, mortgage, bills, and much more.
