Help Jack and Colt Chapman
Jack and Colt were flying in Jack’s airplane Sunday April 5th when the plane crashed. Due to severe injuries both Jack and Colt has to be airlifted; Colt was flown to Children’s Hospital and Jack to a hospital in Denver after being taken by ambulance to Colorado Plains. Both Jack and Colt has to remain in the hospital for several days due to the severity of their injuries.
Colt had to have a 3 hour surgery for internal bleeding due to a torn colon; he also had a broken wrist and neck. Something went from his chin out through the other side and his gums got pulled from his teeth by whatever went through his chin so they had to reconstruct his gums to be able to move his teeth back in place then they stitched it all back.
Jack has a bruised brain and lung and broke his femur in 2 places requiring surgery.
After an ambulance ride and 2 separate flight for life rides and multiple days in the hospital the Chapman’s are accruing mounting medical bills and will need care once returned home. Jack has served his community in church, on the volunteer fire department and by simply being a great friend and neighbor; let’s give back to him now in his time of need.
