Fundraiser by Laurie | Goal: $7,000
Hi, my name is Jack. I’m 30 years old, and for the past 10 years, I’ve been battling treatment-resistant depression. Despite trying countless medications, different types of therapy, and every recommended lifestyle change, I’m still trapped in a cycle of deep, unrelenting sadness. It’s hard to put into words how exhausting it is to keep hoping things will get better—only to be let down again and again.
Now, I’m turning to something new. Something that might finally help.
Ketamine therapy.
Why Ketamine?
Ketamine is an innovative treatment that has shown powerful and fast-acting results for people with treatment-resistant depression. Unlike traditional antidepressants that take weeks to work (if they work at all), ketamine often brings relief within hours or days by working on the brain’s glutamate system—targeting depression from a completely different angle.
Studies and real-life testimonials from others like me have shown that ketamine can:
• Rapidly reduce suicidal thoughts
• Improve mood and mental clarity
• Help reconnect people with a sense of hope and purpose

Why I Need Your Help
I’ve chosen to receive my treatment at Field Trip Health, a reputable and professional clinic that offers psychedelic-assisted therapy in a safe and supportive environment. You can learn more about them here:
Unfortunately, ketamine therapy is not covered by insurance and comes with significant upfront and ongoing costs. I’m trying to raise $7,000 to cover:
• Initial medical screening and intake
• A full course of ketamine-assisted therapy sessions
• Integration therapy with mental health professionals
• Transportation to and from the clinic
• Maintenance treatments, as needed
This is my last real hope. I’m not giving up, but I can’t keep doing this alone. If you’re able to donate, know that you’re not just helping me get medical treatment—you’re helping me fight for my life and a chance at healing.
Even if you can’t donate, sharing this campaign means the world to me. Thank you for reading, for caring, and for being part of this journey with me.
—Jack
