My name is Richard Lambert, and I am asking for your help. Over the years, my wife and I have taken into our home five brothers to love and care for. Everything was going well until about two years ago when Jace, was diagnosed with Lynch Syndrome Glioblastoma. Brain cancer.
Since his diagnosis, Jace has undergone surgery to remove tumors and two rounds of radiation, as well as continuing immunotherapy.
Jace has done fairly well throughout this ordeal and has maintained a positive attitude. Now, at age 13, we see the effects this disease is taking on him. He is getting weaker, cannot think clearly, and is beginning to suffer from paranoia and tremors that come and go.
The doctor's prognosis is not good for Jace due to it being a Lynch Syndrome Cancer. Jace's cancer is genetic and basically cannot be shut off. His body does not recognize the cancer cells it is making as being defective and keeps reproducing bad cells. Now, we are very worried about his brothers as well, since Lynch Syndrome is genetic and runs in the family.
Any help you may be able to give to help with continuing travel expenses and final arrangements will be greatly appreciated. Please pray for him and his brothers as their lives have been greatly impacted by Jace's illness. These boys love one and fear for their brother.
If you cannot give please pray for Jace and his brothers and share this page. Thank you.
