Help Jaasmaan reach Berklee College of Music

Hi, my name is Jaasmaan and I'm a singer/songwriter. I'm doing this fundraiser for my Berklee College of Music degree. I hail from a family of musicians with my father being an Indian Classical musician back in India. I've been learning music since my childhood days and have been performing and recording professionally since I was a teenager.

I moved to Toronto around 5 years ago in pursuit of more opportunities and have been continuing my music over here. Being a first generation immigrant, its always an uphill battle to pursue your dreams while trying to make ends meet at the same time. Fortunately, I was able to continue doing good music and I was also able to sing for my first ever movie playback debut for Malayalam Movie ' Kho Kho ' alongside composing my own independent music.

To an amazing turn of events, I got accepted into Berklee College of Music this year and I'm supposed to start in May this year. Getting admitted to Berklee is nothing short of a dream coming true for any musician as its literally the Mecca of Music. But unfortunately I do run into this small issue where I don't have the required funds to make it happen as fees at Berklee is 45000$ per year and I'm a single earning member in my family.

I also got scholarship but despite that, I will still be required to pay roughly 25000$ per year at least. And that is why I'm doing this fundraiser as I do need your support to make this happen. With support and generous contribution from all of you, I look forward to turning this dream into a reality.
