Hi, my name is Izonae Parker. I’m 27 years old, a single mom, and blessed with two amazing boys, ages 8 and 2. They are truly my world and the reason I keep fighting every day.

Recently, my life changed in ways I never expected. I was diagnosed with acute myeloid leukemia, a cancer that has required me to spend a lot of time in the hospital for treatment. Because of this, I’ve been unable to work, and my only focus right now is on fighting this battle and being here for my children.

As much as I wish I could do everything on my own, the truth is that bills and the everyday cost of living don’t stop even when your health does. With no current income, I’m struggling to keep up, and it has become overwhelming.

Asking for help has never been easy for me, but I know that I can’t do this alone. I’m creating this GoFundMe in hopes of easing some of the financial burden during this difficult time. Every donation big or small makes a huge difference in keeping a roof over our heads, food on the table, and allowing me to focus on healing and being there for my boys.
