Help Ivyn's Family Through This Medical Crisis

Greetings, I am the Great Auntie of this awesome little warrior, Ivyn. Ivyn's world was turned upside down when he became unresponsive at home. He was rushed to one children’s hospital but was then transferred to another and placed in the ICU. He was in Diabetic Ketoacidosis, unbeknownst to his parents that their little boy was diabetic. His parents were devastated and afraid. Ivyn is such a loving child and is very academically smart but he can’t return to school for the rest of the year, so he’ll be on homebound, he’ll miss his friends. He loves Roblox, cartoons n riding his bike. It’s a struggle to get him to take his much needed insulin, he cries out of fear, he now has a CGM, that monitors his sugars 24/7. His world has changed n he’s got to adapt to a new lifestyle. His parents are doing a good job as newbies, but they are in need of financial help. Unable to get thru the next month will greatly impact Ivyn’s care.
While worrying about their child, they are also facing hardship. They were contractors with the USPS and both lost their employment and their housing six months ago. They have recently moved into new housing, but Dad is the only one working n work is slow, they will not be able to make their housing expenses and due to their only car is now no more. Dad drives on the road (box truck), but work has slowed down, as he is searching for other employment. Due to Ivyn’s medical care needs at this time, Mom can’t work right now. His public school has no nurse, whereas Mom would have to trust the front desk to manage her child, as they are not equipped! Their electrical power has been restored. If they loose they’re cell service, there is no way to track his bs bc his monitor is hooked to their phones also Ivyn requires special dietary needs. I understand because I am also a Type 1 diabetic, and he requires upcoming new doctor visits and travel next month. Their income is very limited at this time and they are in dire need of assistance in housing, utilities, and Ivyn’s medical travel for the next month. Any donations are greatly appreciated.
I humbly ask for assistance for my niece's family. It saddens me that they are having to stress about the necessities of life while managing a life-challenging disease impacting their 7-year-old. They also have two other children in the home, ages 10 and 13.
