Everyone who knows Ivette knows she is a hardworking, loving mom raising two boys on her own. Ivette suffered two strokes while at work which resulted in left-sided vision loss and weakness. While the doctors were trying to find the cause of the stroke, they found that she has a structural dysfunction in her heart that needs a procedure to close it. Closing it will lower her risk of another stroke in the future.

Ivette and her family are extremely grateful to her coworkers who acted quickly in getting her to the hospital after the stroke. We are hopeful that she will have a good recovery, but know that process will be long. We are asking for your help to alleviate some of the medical costs and to support Ivette and her two sons while she undergoes the procedure and the months of recovery ahead.
