UPDATE:

Isabelle completed her first 5 months of chemo, and was able to enjoy a one month break. She will soon have a re-scan and we are hopeful things are headed in the right direction. After, she will begin another stretch of chemo sessions.

Isabelle, to most of the world better known as Issie, a beautiful daughter, mother, sister and aunt, has recently discovered that she will begin battling Stage 4 Colon Cancer that has began spreading to her Liver.

It flew under the radar for years, as she didn’t have any symptoms. It was a complete blind side. A quick visit to assess her fatigue and sleeping struggles quickly turned into the beginning of a journey that no one would have ever expected. On February 3rd, my sister and her children’s lives would change forever. She is fighting not only for her well being, but to also show her two beautiful twins, Anicia and Dominic, the power and strength we all possess to endure and overcome such difficult times.

With such sudden news, the amount of looming costs of treatment and procedures are the last thing we want Issie to worry about. We want her to be able to focus and direct all of her energy and focus on fighting this battle.
