Help Israel& Veronica Garza's Family due to COVID

Israel, Veronica Garza and their immediate family are all suffering from COVID! For those of you that do not know, we are related by choice, not blood, we met when our two sons started school together in 1994. So many times, I have seen this family love others and give of themselves unconditionally to others. Now they need our help!

Veronica is currently in ICU and the doctor’s say she has a long road to recovery ahead of her. Israel was just admitted to the hospital two days ago and we are praying he responds to treatment and does not need to be moved to the ICU. Julian, who is also diabetic, is suffering with not only COVID symptoms but also controlling his blood sugars due to the steroids used to treat COVID. Maggie, Julian’s wife, is recovering well from symptoms but is also pregnant. Heather, who just happened to be in town for a visit, is struggling with extreme fatigue and increasing symptoms.

With the entire household affected, none of them are able to work, and there is no income currently coming in. Only God knows exactly what Veronica and Israel’s prognosis and length of hospital stay will be, but we all know how extremely expensive hospital bills are. Not to mention, the need to meet their usual monthly bills and expenses.

The goal, I came up with, was just an amount that God put on my heart, please consider giving, any amount will help! Above all PLEASE PRAY! Pray for healing, comfort and peace that surpasses all understanding for the Garza family. Pray for wisdom and compassion for all of the doctors, nurses and anyone else involved in their care.
