Help Israel, a Loving Dad, in Recovery

Hello, my name is Julissa Lerma. I am helping my sister-in-law start a fundraiser for her family. Lisbeth Rico is the wife of Israel Rico, who currently live in their hometown of Laredo, Texas. On March 7th, Israel Rico’s life changed completely when he suffered an accident at his job site, falling from a two-story building. He has been a welder for the past 10 years and loves what he does!

Israel Rico is a hardworking husband, father, son, uncle, and friend. He has been very caring for his family and a responsible man. Israel Rico is always showing love and care for his kids. He is a very funny and enthusiastic guy, always with a good heart in helping others in whatever they need.

Israel Rico being the main provider of income in his family, any donations would be greatly appreciated throughout this difficult time for our family. Israel's journey in the hospital will be a marathon he has to overcome. He is currently hospitalized at Brooke Army Medical Center, and there is no telling the outcome of his situation, as we pray for a miracle. Lisbeth Rico and the kids have returned home to try to go back to their regular routines, back at work, and kids back in school. Funds will be used to help them with medical bills and travel expenses, as they will be traveling from Laredo to San Antonio every week to see Israel Rico.
