My name is Rosa Diaz, and I’m reaching out on behalf of my husband, Isidro Ocampo. On July 24, 2025, our lives were forever changed. Isidro was involved in a devastating car accident that led to the emergency amputation of his left leg. His right leg was also severely damaged and will require multiple reconstructive surgeries in the weeks and months ahead.
We are now facing a long and challenging road to recovery that includes overwhelming medical expenses, additional surgeries, intense rehabilitation, prosthetic fittings, physical therapy, and home modifications to make everyday living possible again. Isidro has always been the sole provider for our family, and I stay home to care for our two young children. With Isidro unable to work, we are struggling to manage daily living expenses and the costs of his care.
