Hello, my name is M. Lauretta. You probably know me better as Ish.

Mid-summer of last year, I lost my job after a prolonged period of extreme burnout and depression. I have never communicated how bad things have gotten to a lot of you, but in the interest of being honest, the burnout and depression has only gotten worse. There have been multiple occasions where I've had to call a suicide hotline because it does not feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

As a result of being without a steady job, I fell behind on car payments, and the credit union has repossessed my car. As of writing this, I am still currently in negotiations with my credit union about what I can do to get it back, but at the bare minimum I will need to at least get current with what I owe on the loan.

My car currently is my only source of income right now, through gig work. I was and still am struggling to negotiate and pay off other debt that was being threatened to go to collections, and suddenly having my car repossessed will make that even more dangerous.

I would be immensely grateful for every cent given, as it will help me get my car back and get back to trying to get my life on track.
