Isaiah is a soon to be 14 year old that has Hereditary Spastic Paraplegia Type 3A (HSP3A). It has a similar look physically to Cerebral Palsy. Isaiah's hands and wrists do not work properly to his condition making

using a manual chair is hard even on hard surfaces. He has leg spasms and jerks and the chair we are trying to get is a chair that with allow him to stand up witch will put weight on his legs and that will help him to reduce or eliminate them. The ability to stand will help him become more independent.

Isaiah is also a Scout in the BSA and this chair will allow him to stand up like his peers for opening and at times when he needs to see in group setting.

This chair will also lay out flat to allow us to help him with needs, so we don't have to lay him on dirty floors or on the ground when in public to help him.

The chair we working to get is almost completely covered by insurance but we still have to cover so out of pocket. We are seeking help as we do not have that much.

The chair we are trying to get is a chair the will last him for a long time.
