Hi, my name is Isaiah Polk. I was raised in Stillwater, Oklahoma, and I now live in Redding, California. One thing that has always stayed consistent in my life no matter where I’ve been is my passion for cooking. Cooking has never just been about food for me — it’s about bringing people together, creating comfort, and sharing something meaningful with others. Whether it’s cooking for friends, family, or anyone who needs a good meal, being in the kitchen is where I feel most like myself.

Right now I’m working toward building a future around that passion. My goal is to grow as a chef, invest in better equipment, expand my skills, and create opportunities to cook for my community. Eventually I want to build something bigger — whether that’s a personal chef business, pop-up meals, or a small food venture that allows me to share what I love with others. Starting something like this takes resources that I don’t fully have yet, which is why I’m asking for help.
