Hi, my name is Megan Sutton and I am raising money for Isabelle (Dora) Jourdain and her three kids: Cynthia (10), Cristian (9), and Jayden (15mo).

Isabelle and her kids lost everything in a house fire on December 22, 2022. Firefighters struggled to put out the fire in subzero temperatures. Everything in their house was destroyed, including all the Christmas presents. They are currently staying in a hotel with the help of the Red Cross, but they have nowhere to go after Christmas weekend. They need money to secure shelter, food, and to rebuild their lives.

I have known Isabelle for over ten years. She was one of my students when I was in college and working on my teaching license. When she was in high school, we worked together at Burger King. I've had the privilege of watching her grow up into a hardworking, determined woman. She's overcome so many obstacles in life all on her own. She continues to do everything she can every day to give her kids all the opportunities they deserve.
