Hi everyone, my name is Isabella — but most people call me Izzy. I’m a single mom on a mission to build a life filled with purpose, healing, and stability for myself and my son.

Massage therapy school is my next big step — both as a mother and as a future holistic health practitioner. I’ve always been drawn to the healing arts, and over the years I’ve come to see how deeply the body, mind, and spirit are connected. This program will allow me to strengthen that connection — not only for my own growth but to help others find balance and relief through compassionate, intentional touch.

This training also moves me closer to my long-term dream of becoming a chiropractor and Chinese herbal medicine doctor. Each step brings me nearer to creating a holistic practice where people can feel seen, cared for, and healed in all aspects of their being.

The Costa Rica School of Massage Therapy program is an intensive 4-month course with study days up to 13 hours long. To give it my all, I’ll need to take a break from work, which makes this time both exciting and challenging. Every donation — no matter how small — helps me stay focused and cover essentials like:
