Help Isabella Fight Pneumonia and RSV!

Donation protected
Isabella started feeling sick at the beginning of November, which often happens this time of year, especially with little kids in school. When Isabella's fever and cough did not subside after several days, Tanner and Ashley took her to the ER - they knew something wasn't right. Their suspicions were correct; she was diagnosed with RSV and developed a severe case of pneumonia along with it.

Isabella is currently in the hospital fighting Pneumonia and RSV with all her might! Tanner and Ashley are doing their best to care for Isa at the hospital while trying to work and care for their son, Van.

If you would like to assist with their financial burdens, please consider donating to this fundraiser to show support. All funds raised will go directly to Isa's medical expenses and any other expenses incurred as a result of her hospitalization.

Updates:

November 20, 2022
Doctors have been monitoring Isa and she’s doing really well. After reviewing her X-ray they decided to take her tube out this morning!

November 19, 2022
Isa still has thick puss and fluid draining, it’s just moving slowly. They did a chest X-ray this morning to see how the tube is - they’re trying to avoid another surgery to prevent creating more problems. Although this route is taking longer than we like, we want to avoid the ICU.
Antibiotics are working, just not as quickly as we’d like. Isa has an infectious disease doctor assigned to her to keep a close eye on her status.

November 16, 2022
We need extra prayers today. Isa still has fluid in her lungs and her fever has returned. Tanner spoke with the infectious disease doctor about the path forward. Isa will likely spend another week in the hospital. The long road ahead just got even longer.

November 12, 2022
Isa's oxygen levels are improving! Thank you to everyone for your thoughts and prayers.

November 11, 2022
Isa's oxygen levels are still not where they need to be; she is fighting a severe infection and she may get transfered to ICU. Thank you to everyone who has reached out and kept us in your thoughts and prayers. She is a warrior! Daddy just left for the first time since she’s been here so he can take a little break. We still have a very long road ahead, and we don’t know when she will be getting out.

November 10, 2022
Isa’s drain tube continues to get blocked by the infection. She will start a 3-day antibiotic applied directly to the site.

November 9, 2022
Isa had surgery today to insert a chest tube to drain the infection.

November 8, 2022
Isabella was diagnosed with Pneumonia and RSV.
