From Injury to Impact: Help Isabella Advance Neck Rehab

Many of you know me as a personal trainer working with pilots and athletes, but my passion for human performance and injury recovery started long before that. As an athlete, I was always fascinated by how the body moves, heals, and adapts. But in 2020, after suffering a life-changing concussion, I experienced firsthand how difficult recovery can be—especially when the right guidance isn’t available.

That experience shifted my mission. Over the years, so many people have reached out for help with their own concussion and whiplash-related injuries, and I’ve realized just how much work needs to be done to improve rehabilitation protocols worldwide.

Now, I have an incredible opportunity to take my knowledge to the next level by attending the NeckCare Conference in Iceland from May 15th-16th. This conference brings together top specialists in neck rehabilitation, and it’s a rare chance to learn from experts, build key connections, and bring back cutting-edge rehabilitation strategies to help more people.
